Because the resin must be heated with high temperature in plastic forming, the occurrence of gas must be taken into account. But shape making is as a prerequisite condition in the plastic mold components design stage. So, it is very difficult to consider those things in mass production and set up an effective air vent in advance.
    2.Scratch countermeasures
    The problems of scratch are the most common. The product itself may have scratches. When designing the mold, you should began to consider the mold materials. If the joint surface between the molds have the same material and the same hardness, it is easy to cause scratches. You’d better change the material or dispose the knife methods to make it produce hardness difference.
