1.Al-Sn eutectic overheating and adding tin to form Al-Sn eutectic of 99.5% tin, the melting point of 229 ℃. When the workpiece is heated to 515 ℃, the aluminum tin eutectic over-burning, quenching and cooling to form complex melt pellets. In the process of forming the remeltting pellets, on the one hand, the grain boundary is oxidized, the grain strength is decreased, and on the other hand, many micro voids are generated to increase the interfacial energy of the grain and reduce the strength of the metal, which is easy to use during use early failure.

 

2.The core pins and sleeves processing time are long, up to 16 hours, the production efficiency is low, and the energy consumption is great. From the metallographic observation and the mechanical performance test data, we can see that the treatment process of 250 C for 7 hours is ideal.
