In the production of important injection mold parts with more accurate dimensions, the allowable range of fluctuation for the size of each piece is very small, or even requiring only a little fluctuation. In the production process, the main factor affecting the precision of injection mold parts is usually the contraction percentage of injection mold parts,and the greater the contraction percentage, the worse the accuracy.
Therefore, because of the high contraction percentage of injection mold parts with PP and POM materials, their accuracy is usually relatively poor. The contraction percentage of other materials is usually not very low, so generally speaking, the precision of injection mold parts is not very high under conventional injection conditions.
In fact, we can reduce the contraction percentage of injection mold parts by debugging machine, so as to achieve the purpose of improving the dimensional precision of injection mold parts and further approaching quality standard of injection mold parts.
We only need to greatly increase the time and pressure of injection or pressure maintaining, so that the contraction percentage of injection mold parts can be reduced.If the contraction percentage is obviously reduced, the dimensional precision can be improved.
