The quality and service life of the mold is not only related to the quality of the mold parts, but also related to the quality of the mold assembly. For example, a pair of punching die, the machining size of the convex die and the concave die meet the requirements. But if the assembly is not reasonable, the gap between the convex die and the concave die is not uniform, the quality of the processed workpiece is difficult to ensure, the life of the mold will be greatly reduced.
