In recent years, a new round of expansion of international mould manufacturing tycoons has grown vigorously. Germany Hella settled down in Jilin; Japanese Toyota Mould built plants in Tianjin; Shenzhen Mould Manufacturing Plant invested by Perlos Company has been officially operated not long before, particularly providing high-end mould products in telecommunication, health care, electronics, and vehicles. In addition, domestic mould market is prosperous because of supports of national and local industrial policies, which also attracts shifts of international capitals to China, and there are two reasons.
　　

Firstly, international capitals fancy rich labor resources, natural resources, and technical resources in Chinese market. China has become the second largest automobile production country and world manufacturing base.
Secondly, transnational corporations go to China to purchase moulds, particularly medium and low-end moulds, with great purchase quantity, which drives export of moulds in China and reduce mould price in international market. With price advantages, China becomes the center for shift of international mould industry.
