Inspection

Each product is inspected to ensure it meets quality standards. Professional instruments are used to check the appearance, dimensions, functionality, etc., of the products.

Analysis

Data is collected and analyzed using statistical tools (such as control charts, histograms, etc.) to identify and monitor quality fluctuations in the production process.

Control

Through real-time monitoring and adjustment of the production process, we ensure process stability and achievement of expected quality standards.

Corrective

When quality issues are identified, immediate corrective actions are taken to rectify the current product and analyze the root causes.

Standardized Project Management Process

The standardized project management process includes four major steps: mold design, mold manufacturing planning, quality inspection, and mass production implementation. Each step has specific goals, key activities, and deliverables.

Mold Design

After a new mold order is placed, we will hold a new mold seminar to communicate with the customer and determine the new mold requirements and acceptance criteria.
Mold Manufacturing Planning

After confirming the requirements, we will proceed with mold design. We will not move to the next step until the customer approves the design.
Quality Inspection

During the mold processing, we will promptly provide feedback on any issues until the samples meet the production standards.
Mass Production Implementation

After the mold is accepted, it will proceed to mass production.
