Various metallic materials with hardness ranging from 30-90HRA, such as tungsten carbide, mold steel, stainless steel, beryllium copper, aluminum alloy, copper alloy, titanium alloy, and stainless steel.

Can you process parts without 3D drawings?

For custom machining of parts with simple shapes, CAD or PDF drawings can be provided. However, for products with numerous complex surfaces, 3D drawings are still required for further evaluation.

What is your minimum tolerance capability?

Our machining tolerance can reach ±0.002mm. However, the tolerance requirement for specific products needs to be comprehensively considered based on product size, material, technical requirements, and customer cost.

Can you perform precision machining on plastics?

No, for large quantities of precision engineered plastic parts, mold injection molding should be considered.
